Pregnancy Yoga
There is nothing more cosmic and badass than bringing life into this world, and whatever your birth preferences, I intend to elevate your pregnancy with creative and deeply nourishing classes. I feel passionate about sharing prenatal yoga that challenges the paternalistic narrative around pregnant bodies needing wrapped in cotton wool - and instead aim to fully empower you with mindful breath, functional strength building, embodied, rhythmic flows and dreamy relaxations.
This yoga not only supports the sacred biology of your pregnancy, but also helps to foster a deeper trust and understanding of your changing body & your growing baby - tending to the light of intuition from within and preparing you holistically for birthing your way.

Postnatal Yoga
Returning to your body after birth can feel daunting, confusing, frustrating and beautiful - often all at once. Working 1:1 is a beautiful way to reconnect to your practice after birth. I can come to your house or you are welcome at mine, we adapt around your babe and tailor each session to your individual healing journey. I like to weave together more focused, rehab work to re-awaken your deep core and support healthy posture & breath patterns, with fluid, embodied flows to ease aches & pains and restore healthy, functional movement to your incredible body. Embodied Birth Workshops
Over with The Lewes Birth Collective, I run an in person workshop that combines hypnobirthing, movement, breathing, partner work and postnatal preparation, in an intensive day that will truly support & prepare you for the birth & postpartum you desire.
Meet Jocie…
I have been working with pregnant clients since 2019 and in that time have also trained as a hypnobirthing instructor, completed a postnatal yoga training, a pelvic floor anatomy & physiology training and an advanced biomechanics for birth certificate. I co-run pregnancy & postnatal yoga teacher Trainings with Embodied Beings and I am the Co-founder of the BodyMind Birth Preparation course.
